数据库的恢复需要利用数据库的备份并使用归档日志去追回 scn 和在备份点以后点更改数据。如果归档日志发生丢失，数据库可以恢复，但还是会发生备份点后的数据丢失的情况，所以备份归档日志也是很重要的。
