1. 关闭 mysql 服务

net stop mysql57
2. 执行 mysqld
– 打开 cmd 窗口，切换至 mysql 安装目录

3. 新开启 cmd, 登录 root
- 不用输入 password，直接回车
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin mysql -uroot -p
Enter password:
4. 修改 root 密码

mysql use mysql;

mysql update mysql.user set authentication_string=password(root) where user= root

mysql flush privileges;

5. 使用新密码登录 root
