1. 关闭 mysql 服务

点击 (此处) 折叠或打开

net stop mysql57

2. 执行 mysqld

– 打开 cmd 窗口，切换至 mysql 安装目录

cd C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin mysqld –defaults-file= C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\my.ini –skip-grant-tables

3. 新开启 cmd, 登录 root

- 不用输入 password，直接回车

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin mysql -uroot -p
Enter password:

4. 修改 root 密码

mysql use mysql;

Database changed

mysql update mysql.user set authentication_string=password(root) where user= root

Query OK, 1 row affected, 1 warning (0.01 sec)

Rows matched: 1  Changed: 1  Warnings: 1

mysql flush privileges;

Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.02 sec)

5. 使用新密码登录 root

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin mysql -uroot -p
